#5-output as jpg and grab url,then back click 3 times
#6-Effect--3x3,gaussian blur
#7-Resize--115%
#8-Composite--comp the url from #5 using "over"
#9-Effects--3x3,gaussian blur
#10-Resize--115%
#11-Composite--comp url from #5 using over
At this point you can either frame your graphic using the Decorate function or output it as a jpg
